1 Thessalonians 5:11 Encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. I'm gettin'' OFF THE COUCH!!!!! Let's go!!! I'm not just going to avoid eating the WRONG foods, but start eating the RIGHT foods!!! I love the Food Network, and I'm excited about learning to prepare WHOLE foods, and being able to supplement them with the RIGHT PRODUCTS from when I don't have 1 Thessalonians 5:11 Encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. I love the Food Network, and I'm excited about learning to prepare WHOLE foods, and being able to supplement them with the RIGHT PRODUCTS from when I don't have the time! I'm excited to know that I can CHANGE my workouts on a daily basis! The realization that I don't have to do 2 HOURS of aerobics on Saturday, abecause just 10-30 minutes a day adds up to several hours over the week is so simple! (Math....what a concept!) It's soooooooo simple! EXCERCISE, and eat REAL FOOD (if your great-grandmother wouldn't recognize it, then it probably isn't real food!), NOT SO MUCH, MOSTLY PLANTS! HOMEMADE foods let ME control what goes into them! FRUIT! Caffeine? One cup of coffee in the AM, and then decaf the rest of the day! I've got EXCERCISE to give me the energy that I need! Fantastic Family & Fabulous Friends, Fresh Air, "For-Real" Food, and FAITH! We can do this!!!!!

My wonderful husband and I have been married for almost 2 years, and over the last year, I've put on, oh, about TWENTY SIX pounds! (It feels horrible to see this in print!) We are very involved in our community, and that requires alot of Charity Dinners and Buffets!!! Have you ever been to a HEALTHY Dinner party? There's ALWAYS dessert, usually chocolate, and it doesn't come with a calorie count on the menu!!! We are also trying to start our family, and I was always told NOT to be on a diet when you want to have children! Oh...there it is! An excuse to eat Ice Cream! Your body needs Calcium, right? Can't eat Tuna because of the Mercury? Ok, I'll have the cheeseburger instead! I need the red meat! It comes with fries? I'll only eat a few...yeah, right! Do you see where this is going? TWENTY SIX POUNDS! Well, over the next few months, I hope get into the good habit of daily excercise, and learn to eat clean, healthy, whole food! I want to be healthy and ready for what God has in store for our family! My weight may go up or down, but my fitness is only going to go straight up! If anyone wants to jump on the fitness bandwagon with me, come on! NOW is always the time!!!
