I am a Southern California grown native that made a bicostal move to Virginia 2 1/2 years ago, so I kind of consider myself a California girl at heart. I have lived all over Los Angeles and Riverside Counties, but Long Beach is my home town and miss it terribly!! I am very energized about the unlimited prospects with all the MDB products and services. When I used Power90 in the past I got awesome results (including strength, stamina, & endurance). I am really excited about embarking on a new lifetime journey of health and fitness and helping others do the same. I am a registered nurse and know all too well the dangers of not taking this particular path. Besides that, my husband and I are role models and are responsible to set a good example for our 15-year-olds. So taking this step in fitness, good health, and an incredible business opportunity only makes perfect sense!!

Transformation Story

I have committed myself to a healthy eating plan which is portion-controlled. I am eating lots of veggies & fruit daily and this low-glycemic carb diet includes a lot of protein. So far, I have lost 4.6 pounds in just the first week and am continuing to shrink. I am excited to be returning to my regular P90 exercise program. I also do 35 minute blocks of aerobic activity (aerobic walking & stationary bike). I have first hand experienced of the awesome capability of what P90 can do when I started P90 3 years ago. I am very eager to learn about all the new programs that have popped up from Beachbody since that time. I look forward to trying them out and seeing if I like something better than p90. A regular exercise program is definitely the way to keep fit for life; that and motivation from outside sources!!!
