Dover, NH I live in NH with my wife and step daughter. We are located in the Seacoast area, just a few minutes from the ocean and about an hour from the mountains.
We enjoy taking walks on a 3.5 mile loop around our neighborhood. Some weekend mornings we drive down to the beach and walk.

Besides fitness, I also enjoy relaxing and watching movies on our home theater. I'm also a huge car nut. I have had the privilege of owning a couple of the finest sports cars ever designed.

I have struggled with my weight my entire life. Up and down, over and over.
In December of 2007 I weighed in at 285 pounds. I decided it was time to take action. We completed an in home gym area. At the begining of 2008 I started using the treadmill and lifting weights. By the end of May of 2008 I had got down to 231 pounds. I had been watching the P90X infomercial over and over during those months. I decided it was time to change things up and give P90X a try.
I made it through the full 90 days. I reduced my weight from 231 to 203 and bodyfat from 37% to 24%. I feel great and jumped right back into another round of P90X on August 31, 2008.
I have completed P90X round 4. I'm now 164 pounds and 7% body fat. I'm have lost a total of 121 pounds. I'm so proud that I have made it this far. I look forward to pushing my fitness level to new heights with P90X.
