I am now finishing up with week 4, and I am feeling wonderful. I work out every morning and it helps me stay fresh and motivated for the rest of my day. I am currently using Power 90 level 1-2, but I will be ramping it up next week by moving to level 3-4. I have watched the DVDs already and it is going to be tough, but I am definitely excited. I haven't lost any weight yet, but I can tell a big difference in the shape of my body. I am not really worried about the weight right now.
