I am a stay at home mom, with two girls and a husband who loves to exercise even more than me. I love the stay fit and that's why I decided to join the Team Beachbody family. I have completed P90X three times and also P90X Plus twice. I am currently working out with ChaLean Extreme and loving the new challenge!

After my 2nd pregnancy, in which I weighted over 200 pounds, I decided that it was time to change. I lost some of the weight on my own, but I new that I needed to take it further to firm up. I joined the Beachbody family in 2007 and have never looked back.

I feel better than ever. From flabby abs, arms and weak legs, I have transformed to tone and firm abs, arms, biceps, backs and legs. I love my weight of 126. I could not have done without Teambeachbody products. They really work!

I am looking forward to new challenges and to challenge others to do the same!
