I stumbled upon an infomercial for Power90 six years ago while flipping through the channels. I liked Tony Horton’s face (still do :)) and what he said made sense. I figured any company whose CEO and President were willing to put up their before and after shots HAD to have a sense of humor, but also I loved their willingness to put their product to the personal test and find it to BE REAL. I saw the before and after pics and imagined after pics of my own. On March 31, 2003 my husband and I Pressed Play for the very first time of what would become thousands, with Power90 Sculpt 1-2! I had no idea it would change my life as it has. I’d had four babies in five years, & didn’t like how my body had shifted. AT ALL! Gosh, years later I can still tap into that emotion of hating what I was becoming, and how I hoped Power90 would work. My initial goal was to lose those stubborn last 15 pounds that I never could seem to get off. Three pounds down, five pounds up, five pounds down, three pounds up. I was sick of the yo yo. I didnt know how to break the cycle. Well, I did lose those 15 pounds, dropped 5 pants sizes! Power90 broke the cycle for me. Seven years ago I changed my entire body composition in a way I thought impossible, altered my thinking dramatically about food & exercise, & ignited a passion within me! I am so happy to be a coach and help other women (& men too) find the tools to break the unhealthy cycles in their own lives! What started out as a drive to get rid of some body fat, has dramatically changed my life. Not just outwardly, but inwardly as well. As I approach my 40th birthday this year I look forward to the next HEALTHY decade! As a certified personal trainer, I was helping people, but it was just one person at a time.
