I have come a long way from the original P90 program. I remember thinking it was hard and could barely get through the first session. Now I am doing P90X and I can't believe the muscles I am getting. I love this program and I don't want other woman to be intimidated by it. You can be an X girl too. To keep going I quote the scripture, I can do all things through Christ.
