I actually started my journey with Beachbody way back in 2003 after having my first baby. My husband is in the Navy and we were stationed in Japan, and there weren't many options for me for exercise. I started Power90 and lost all the baby weight in just a few months. I kind of forgot about Beachbody after that.

It wasn't until after my third baby that I came back to Beachbody. I had broken my ankle when I was six months pregnant (ever see a pregnant woman on crutches? not a pretty sight), and I packed on the weight. 70 pounds. And all I did after having the baby was gain 10 more! I tried and tried to get to the gym, and last year when my husband was deployed to Iraq and I was home alone with three kids, I realized that I needed a workout I could do at home and that I LOVED. I needed the workout to motivate me.

I started with Slim in 6, then Turbo Jam, then Chalean Extreme. I got active on the message boards, and I haven't left since! This is such a great way to get motivation, accountability and encouragement! I am currently doing Insanity, and after that: P90X.
