I have lost 16 lbs. and 14% body fat. I'm now in the average range, leaning towards the middle, but better than the overfat I've been in.

I have lost 16 lbs. and 14% body fat. I'm now in the average range, leaning towards the middle, but better than the overfat I've been in.

I also am using the meal planner available to all Club members. I picked the vegetarian plan and it suggested 1300 calories. I try to stay within that range but don't beat myself up if I go over. It has some great recipes in it.
