I'm Cindy Phillips and met Judi at our Sat Biz mixer at the Expo-connector.com I need to lose about 80 lbs and then we'll see about more when i get that far. I have done some backsliding, not exercising when i should and have gained 5lbs since i first started. It is my goal to get rid of the weight this year. I'm tired of talking about it and have finally decided to be serious.
