My journey to fitness started in high school. I was a "track star", a "natural athlete". As the years and babies came, i noticed that I was not as fit as I once was. I had taken my fitness for granted.

I looked in the mirror and my pants were fitting too tight. I looked down and my knees had wrinkles. It was time to work out. And work out I did. I have already loss 15 pounds and I need to lose 20 pounds more to get close to my fighting weigh.
