Fitness has been a consistent part of my life for the past 20 years, starting in college. At times I was more committed and dedicated than others, but it has always played some part in my life.

Fitness has been a consistent part of my life for the past 20 years, starting in college. At times I was more committed and dedicated than others, but it has always played some part in my life.
Since having my third child in 2005, I dropped 20 pounds through regular gym workouts, but remained 10-14 pounds over my high school weight. I “settled” for what I thought I could not change in my thirty-something body. After all, I was working out on average 5 days/week. Wasn’t that enough?
Finding Team Beachbody took me to the next level in fitness that I never thought I could achieve! In early 2009 I was introduced to Beachbody through a home fitness program called CHALEAN EXTREME, a 90 Day workout program. In 30 days I lost 6 pounds and 14 inches. By the end of 90 days I had lost 12 pounds and 32 inches!
And, the workouts took less time than going to the gym!
Needless to say, my body and my outlook on life have not been the same since I achieved the results I have always hoped for. Thank you, Beachbody, Chalene, Tony, and my BFF's - Best Fitness Friends -- for all of your support and encouragement!

May 1, 2009: 30 days ago I started Chalean Extreme with 4 girls in a garage. My transformation has been amazing. Within the first 3 weeks I lost 5 lbs, which is pretty impressive for someone with my 5'1" build. I haven't had a chance to weigh myself for about 2 weeks, so I don't know what the scale says today, but I'm pretty sure that it hasn't gone up! We just started the Push Phase, and man, is it tough! I already know that this is going to be good!
7/28 UPDATE: Well, we are in our last week of Chalean Extreme, BABY! This has been a wild ride. I'm now a 38 year old woman with 3 kids who can wear a bikini!!! I'll post soon with measurement information and photos.
August, 2009 update: I am a Chalean Extreme Graduate! Inches lost: 32! Pounds lost: 12! I am proud to say that I look FANTASTIC!
Oh, and I'm not stoppin' here....Tony Horton and P90X? You wanna piece of me??? You're next!
September 2009 update: Still in my routine with the girls, and just completed week 3 of P90X! A very intense program, but I'm getting a six pack...woo hoo! Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that would be possible. The fat lady sang!
