Tami and I pushed the "pause button" on Day 30 of our 8th Round of P90X to start INSANITY on July 27, 2009. 12 days in we are LOVING this program! This is truely the next level of Fitness! Here are our Day 1 pics for INSANITY.

I started INSANITY 12 days ago at 184.8 pounds. I'm visibly leaner. INSANITY is doing its good work!emoticon

INSANITY Cardio Power & Resistance complete! 41 minutes - 648 calories - Max HR = 168! INSANITY is beyond incredible! Its the next step...emoticon

I started it this week and can already tell I am getting better with everything.. Still kicks my butt but I love it!
I tried starting a few weeks ago, but got sick, so this is my first full week.. Cant wait to see the changes that are to come!!

Man you guys look so great already, and Tami-your hair looks AMAZING!-I can't wait to see your 60 day results, I'm sure they'll be nothing short of spectacular!

I ordered mine, still waiting on it! emoticon I was a bit nervous about it, but you guys are MORE than motivating for everyone!!

I started Insanity August 1st and already lost 3 pounds because of it, the only problem so far is that I seem to be losing muscle.. not sure why either.. hmm. I'm down to 157 from 169 since I started P90X this past May!

Im so excited about insanity and this thread.. Mainly because everyone is a beginner with it!! We are all new guys at this workout, its kicking all of our butts.. Its great motivation for me to see other people suffering through it! Cant wait for updates and results from everyone, including myself!

Hello Evan! ~ Thanks for posting to our thread bro! I think you should increase your calories if you are losing weight too quickly. Bump you rcalories by 400 and see how you feel and what the scale does.

Things are good Mike. Aside from blowing out my calf muscle on Insanity warm-ups, straining my hamstring on the fit test switch kicks, and tweaking my back on power jumps, I'm good emoticon Damn. This sh*t ain't no bananas, yo. Good thing I repair quickly, so I'm back to 100%.

Hey Mike, thanks for the quick response my post! Here's my daily intake on MyFitnessPal. I'm eating around 2000 calories per day already, you think 2500 is better then? My goal weight is around 155 so I'm OK with the lost weight but I'm afraid that if I dip down under that I'll need to eat some more daily.

Evan ~ You bet brother! Did you figure your calories using the INSANITY Elite Nutrition Guide? Start by determining your caloric needs there. Have you thought about using the Team Beachbody Meal Planner out of the TBB Club to set your meal schedule?
1.) Go to www.teambeachbody.com!and log in using your User name & Password!
2.) Next, click on the EAT SMART link at the top of the page. Then click on MEAL PLANS!
3.) You will then be able to choose the Meal Plan that you want to use.
4.) Next click on EGO TO MY BASIC MEAL PLAN!You will be allowed to input your basic information and activity level. This will determine your caloric level and ratios of Protein, Carbs, and healthy fats.

The Tool will walk you through everything! The Meal Plans Tool also generates 21 days worth (105 meals) of healthy meal examples for you to use! Its an incredible Fitness tool!
