It has been over two years now since I last stepped foot into a gym and my body and spirit has gone waaaaaay overboard. I just recently found out about p90x and have now started and finished day 1 of the program, along with my fiance! We're both tired as hell and know we're going to be hurting (in a good way : ) in the morning, but ready for day 2! BRING IT! Thanks Tony for this awesome workout. God Bless!

Just started the p90x program also. I just finished day three and am sore everywhere lol. Wait to you guys get to plyometrics it's like nothing else i've ever experienced. You'll see, the pain comes after plyo. Good luck guys.

Great to hear your on the right track. I just finished week 1 and am on week 2. I feel great starting to not be as soar as I was the first week. I can already see and feel small results. These videos actually make me have something to look forward too. When I am at work I can't wait to get home and workout.

Keep moving forward and don't give up.

Congrats on getting started! I started p90x before, but didn't get very far before I fell off the wagon. I'm planning on re-starting THIS WEEK. I'm planning on giving it my all.... I'm sick of feeling tired all the time and unhappy with my body.

Excellent! Congratulations! The hardest part of the workout is starting it - and pressing play!

I'm on Day 28, and trust me, the soreness will go away. It's amazing that your body doesn't ache after the workout that was debilitating only one week ago!
