Good job keep up the good work. Today I had the day off work and almost didn't work out was being lazy but then thought is 30 minutes of my time. I did it and I feel great. I lightend the weights and it wasn't has difficult as last time I did scupt 1-2. Since it wasn't so difficult I pushed myself to do more.
Thanks for posting it helps to see others working out to and keeps me motivated. One thing I did which may seem silly is I printed some of the before and after pictures out of peoples success stories. So I can look at them and say to myself why not me.
