Hello people-

I just started the Slim in 6 Program...

Any Nutritional/diet tips will be greatly appreciated!!!

-Ok, So last night.. Since I just started the workout I did start it up...
And oh man am I super sore today, but it is ok.. I am still going to do it again tonight, until my body gets used to the workout...I will not give up...

Shows how out of shape I am... emoticon

day 3... is going good so far.. I am still eating healthy, and working out... I did start it up last night, and slim and 6 pack... The burn feels soooo good..

I hope my weekend goes well.. Wish me luck...

Any good nutritious recipes would be appreciated.

I am finally done with my first week... I am no longer sore.. And I can tell this program will give good results...

Ramp it up!!

I am still having a hard time completing all the abs exercises, but I do what I can.. Everything else is good.
I want to master it..

Starting on week 2... I am noticing I am able to do the routines more efficiently, and my stamina is growing.. the first time on ramp it up... I could not do the leg lifts at all.. It hurt me sooo much.. Now I am able to do all of them half way.. I jump in every new routine, and do as much as I can..

I am still watching what I am eating and staying motivated.. I feel my strength growing, and I feel great..

Keep pushing play!!!

Excellent!!! Way to go! The fact that you are doing more leg lifts mean that you are getting stronger and leaner emoticon I'm so happy for you. The toughest part for me in doing SI6 were the push ups and the lunges. Of course push ups and lunges are a part of all exercise routines. I still dislike them but I know they work. KPP! Cya!

Yes I am sure we all have the routine that we dislike...
I am just happy I found a program that I like, and I can do...
Last night, I had one of those day which I just did not want to do anything... But I managed to build up the energy to get up and "JUST DO IT!!"

And when I finished I was proud of myself!!! Even on the day I did not want to do it.. I did it..

Tomorrow I am starting on my 3rd week... SO far so good... I feel like I can do a bit better on my diet, but I am still happy with the workout.. I am still having a little trouble with the floor routines. But I am giving what I can.. Jumping in when I get my strength...

I am hanging in there..

Hey there...by the end of the week you will be halfway done girl! Way to go! As for your eating I know several others who are using the top 2 tiers of Michi's Ladder and have seen great results. Just a thought. Maybe you can give it a try and see how it works for ya! I know its Thanksgiving soon, but that doesn't give us a reason to overindulge, right? (At least that's what I'm telling myself) TTYL! and Keep up the great work!

Hey Mo,


Yes, I have somehow managed to work out almost everyday...

Yesterday I finally was able to do the whole routine without taking any breaks... I am so proud of myself. Friday is my break day.. I am planning on staying on track through the holiday and working out earlier than usual... Just to get the work out done early in the day... Thank you for keeping in touch.. I will be posting my new pictures at the end of my third week.

So far I have noticed a change in my arms, and legs.. My mid section has a very slight change.. Not to noticeable to anyone but myself.. But I am happy so far!!!

Ok So the Holidays did not go as planned... emoticon

I only worked out On Thursday.. So Wed, Friday, Sat, Sun I did not work out at all!!!


I ended up going camping with my Family...

But today I will jump back on track, workout hard,and maybe hit the gym ass well.. I will keep you posted..

I did not do my SI6 last night, but I did go to the gym, and did 30 mins of running, and 30 mins of light weight lifting...

Tonight I am jumping back on my SI6.. I will keep you posted.

Mo.. Yes I am going into my 4th week...

And am still going stong at it... I see a nice change so far..
