Hi I am a two time p90x grad, just started my third round and am very happy with the results thus far. Granted I had to work hard at it, but the program does work. I just wanted to share some results and my gratitude for the program. I am 6'3" and started at 215 lbs. I am currently 180 lbs and at 11%bf. Four weeks ago I finally cut out drinking and added running to my workouts 4-5x a week. My goals for this round are to shed more fat, put on 4-8lbs of lean muscle, and get more definition in my stomach. Kpp and get after it
