Keith Williams Won $1,000 in January 2007
UPDATE: He's in it for the benefit of being fit and healthy! - November
Since winning in January, Keith became an MDB™ Coach! Now he is able to help and hopefully inspire others to make a change to a healthy lifestyle. Keith found that staying consistent in his workout routine was extremely challenging. He switched work shifts, which meant he could no longer work out in the mornings. To keep up his program, he had to find time at night to work out, which was hard at first, but with support from the Message Boards, he stayed on track. He is constantly joining new groups and challenges. After all, he doesn't want to look bad in front of his buddies by missing some workouts! He has also added Turbo Jam® and sports such as volleyball and swimming to his routine. He's in it for the benefit of being fit and healthy!
UPDATE: Keith loves his Million Dollar Body - April
Keith continues to improve his health and fitness, combining push-ups and running with Power 90®. He has even registered for a 5K race! He feels "great to have a Million Dollar Body" and continues to strive to new heights.
Support through life changes - January
After taking a desk job, Keith felt the pounds sneaking up on him. As the scale began to tip, Keith decided that he had to make a change. Committing to Power 90® and a healthy diet, he began to see results! The diet was the hardest change but with determination, the weight began to decrease. Finding support with the WOWY® community, Keith grew stronger with the encouragement of others who were experiencing the same thing he was. They even helped Keith through major life changes—passing the bar and getting married!
