I've always been a little heavy and always been a yo-yo as far as weight goes. Over the last few years I started to balloon up. I even developed a strange reward for myself that gained me more weight.

Almost every evening afterwork my wife would ask me to stop at the store to pick up this or that. I would end up rewarding myself for being a good husband by picking up a king sized Resees Cup.
