millbury, MA I'm the father of 3 boys, ages 14, 12, and 10, an emergency physician practicing in Massachusetts, and a husband of a wife who runs her own business and helps with another family business. My life IS stress. My workouts are my relief. I have done 5 marathons (26.2 miles each). I am a first degree black belt in Tung Soo Do karate. I like working out, not for the sake of working out, but I'm the father of 3 boys, ages 14, 12, and 10, an emergency physician practicing in Massachusetts, and a husband of a wife who runs her own business and helps with another family business. I love the fact that I can still keep up with my boys active lifestyles, and be involved in their sporting activities. I love the fact that I can support my wife in what she does on a daily basis, and because of my fitness level, not feel like a 46 year old!

I, like many of you, purchased the P90X discs from the infomercial. I was skeptical at first, having been a runner, and gone to the gym to try to stay in shape for many years. After my first 30 days, I was convinced that P90X was the answer I had been looking for all these years. I was able to get strength training, cardio, plyometric training, and flexibility from ONE program! I did the first 90 days, then did another round. Shortly after that, P90X Plus came out, and I knew I had to have it. So, onward with a round of 'the PLUS'. Afterwards, I integrated some PLUS workouts, with some of the original P90X, One on One with Tony Horton, and some other workouts from my friend Mark Briggs. I have just recently finished INSANITY, and am now starting round 2. My goals over the next year for myself are to stay fit, become a bit leaner, and use what I have learned to help others get into the best shape of their life! I am also planning on testing for my second degree black belt next summer, and no doubt will be using some hybrid of workouts to get in shape for testing.
