Basic Meal Plans
Choosing a meal plan is simple. Click the "Learn about..." links below to read descriptions of the various plans that are available. Then click "Select a new meal plan" at the bottom of this page to answer a few questions that will help us suggest the best option for your goals. To see your current meal plan, click here.
Balanced Plan
Our Balanced Plan will give you everything you need for your weight goals and activity levels.
All of the basic meal plans are available in meat-free versions. When you select your meal plan, click "vegetarian option."
Custom Meal Plans
The Custom Meal Plan option allows you to tailor your food choices to your specific needs. You can change the recommended foods and quantities, and create favorite meals so you'll always be satisfied. When you select the Custom Meal Plan option it will replace the basic meal plan that you may have already selected. You can always change it later by going to your profile or coming back here.
