I work closely with my best friend and spouse, Jerry. Jerry coaches the men and I coach the women. Men can see my husband's profile at fit4lifepros.
Women, let's Bring It! I would love to go through the journey of helping you get healthier, fit and lean. I understand what if feels like being weigh down with anxiety of backsliding in the weight loss and fitness game. Been there and done it. Such bouts has not only kept me humbled, it keeps me in touch with another's pain, therefore, compassionate and not be judgmental. Now don't think I don't practice tough love when necessary, because I want what you want. To be fit and healthy. So I'm still tough enough on keeping you accountable. When you win, I win. Still losing weight and getting fit has to be your decision, no one can make another person want to do it.
Again, I can relate to being in the rut of mediocrity and self denial of being heavier and accepting weight gain. But how did I get out of that rut?
Well, reminding myself and others I had a miscarriage was no longer an excuse, because it had been over two years. I realized my sluggish, complacent and inactive life was causing me to become depressed. I was no longer my usually jovial self. Because as life went, my heart was young and desirous of living life to the fullest. I knew in my heart one of the culprit for keeping on the unwanted pounds from the last pregnancy was poor eating habits and lack of exercising. Yes hating to cook period, loving to dine out was truly a hindrance. I deceived myself and failed to realize I was no longer the active avid tennis player I once was,who got up at the crack of dawn and would go back the same evening for another match. Nor the golfer I once was. And it was very arrogant and presumptuous of me to believed my body would remain tone and trim. So to my dismay my body began to morph into a soft, round and fluffy body type. Oops, and not once did it occurred to me that such poor eating habits would eventually get me out of shape.
Therefore, after suffering the last miscarriage I got on the ball to get fit, healthy and lean. It was like... pinch me... is that me again?
My fitness routine only lasted a year because I would soon discover the pain I was suffering in my back and knees actually was due to a hip ailment (playing tennis all those years was part of the culprit). Eventually, I began to pick the weight back up again, which threw me into a bit of a depression.
Again, being somewhat vain and wanting my outside to mirror the youthful energetic person I used to be, I began to do research on the various things I could do to get my life back. I noticed my husband doing P90x and was really enjoying it. I tried to do it with him, however, my hips were preventing me from performing some of the strenuous movements. After going back and forth to various doctors,I decided to have a total hip replacement. I recovered quicker than most individuals because I had incorporated a modified version of some of Tony Horton's exercises techniques in my workouts.I wasn't the ideal weight I wanted to be before the surgery, however,I still managed to lose twenty pounds to make my therapy go smoothly.
(Yes, I thank God for creating such surgery and the ability to workout again! I got my life back. I'm able to do the Slim n 6 Series, as well starting Shakeology, P90x (with Jerry)and Turbo Jam).
So now I'm on the last stretch to obtain and maintain the ideal size I was created to be. Not too thin, nor even a hint over my ideal weight. But Fit4Life Fabulous.
Which causes me to say Whether You're In Your Twenties,Thirties,Forties,Fifties or Beyond, stay fit and young at heart.
In fact, Jerry and I purpose to stay youthful through proper diet, and exercises (as well as through spiritual. As a Christian for me is keeping a sound and healthy emotional state of mind through meditating on God's Word and applying it). Becoming another year (chronologically) older, should reflect wisdoms more so than physical deterioration. Realize evolving into another season of one's life can be exciting. It is a time of empowerment and freedom to spring forth into a new beginning.
We,like many people in this economy have experienced change in our career paths. Yes,we've had our lives turned all kinds of directions with our businesses and by God's Grace we've been able to stand. We are currently incorporating Beachbody's Slim in 6 and P90X programs in our Fit4Life life stlye. And making money while doing so.
My husband, Jerry and P90X is awesome. He is 49 y/o, 5'11" and 175lbs. He has been using P90X for the last 9 months and he can run a mile and up hills without running out of breath. Tony Horton's DVD coaching entertaining and keeps him excited about working out.
Once again I have decided to use the Slim in 6 System combined with Shakeology and Turbo Jam. Yes, after seeing Jerry's results, I was immediately resold on and committed to the system. Once we've reached our ideal goal, we'll have professional photos taken. So look out for our upcoming pics.
Get a head start on anti-aging.Join us and begin today.Refuse to give into a chronological number and choose to stay ageless.
Best of all create income while creating a more fit you,as well as getting financially rewarded for becoming a pro coaching others with the wisdom you obtain.-Dol

Don't forget to read (F.Y.I.) it is a Bonus Note Of My Breakthrough with Complacency and Depression. *********************************** I am not trying to get super skinny, I suffered from an eating disorder in my twenties trying to do so. In my twenties I worked in several industries which focused on physical attributes and weigh in(s). I was always on weight check because I weighed 135 pounds , though at 5'6" I wore sizes 4 or 5, depending on the clothes manufacturer (they never considered that my built was more muscular and athletic). Such expectations work havoc on my body image and esteem. I even dropped down to a ghastly weight and size to appeased them. To this day I still suffer effects of my bout with that eating disorder. Never again! That was probably one of the reason gaining the weight later in life wasn't such a burden on me, after all, I prayed to God if he help me I promised to never to purge or use laxatives again. Yes, staying skinny to please others in my twenties was the burden. Nevertheless, I want to be fit because I want to continue to contribute and fulfill my God- given purpose on earth. To be a blessing to others and to share the Good News: 'That God really does care about every aspect of an individuals life... that He loves them and He cares'. Besides, we all need to be energetic, healthy, fit and financially stable to do so. So here I am. Even today, my weigh doesn't reflect my measurements or clothes size. I wear a ten and squeeze in an 8. UPDATE: Size 8 now fit somewhat loose and I'm now fitting into size 7 (some are tight). Now my new goal is to fit in a size 6-5 and for me that means weighing about 145-140 pounds.
Therefore, I'm still in the process of evolving into the Fit4Life Doll I was designed to be. It is one decision at a time process. Staying committed to the written workout and dietary plan will eventually lead to my success story which will be a ray of hope to anyone who is interested in reading. ************************************ F.Y.I. One of the greatest secret to my success to staying on track and committed is: 1) Pray before every workout for God to help me stay determined to apply everything the instructor teaches me to do on the video. Therefore, committing every workout to God and asking Him to enable me to go pass my human limitation. As I stated in my bio, I incorporate my Christian faith via mediatating on God's Word (Scripture) and applying it. I've seen better than better performance when I workout. I say this when I began to feel fatigue and it really begins to give me a boost of engery: "I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me". Then I'm pumped up believing it and Just Do It...like a Nike Moment. Here's another one and this actually pulled me out of depression and complacency: "The Joy of the Lord is my Strength". Really it turned the light on in my spirit and I began to experience a Joyfulness in my soul. When a person is not where they know they need to be in life, it can become depressing and that is when we need God's love and His joy to push us out of depression and up into a expectation we really can do it. And with our determination and God's help we....you... and I can! Because God does love you and He does Care. He wants you healthy in ever area of your life. ~Doll
