Before finding the Beachbody programs I was severely overweight, depressed and always tired. I had lost weight a few times only to gain all back plus some... After having 4 kids and being in a bad marriage for a lot of years I decided enough was enough, it was time for me to be happy. Then early one morning I saw an infomercial for Turbo Jam and had to have it. Once I started working out with TJ, left my failed marriage and 65+lbs behind me I've started to find who I really am.

I did the TJ DVD's and used weight lifting and other forms of exercise for a few years as well at TOTALLY changing my diet around. Lost a lot of weight and started doing well. And that's when Dave my Coach came into my life. He kept telling me about P90X and how well he had done with it. And finally after almost a year convinced me to give it a shot, I've always wanted to help others achieve what I have so I decided to join as a coach and order the DVD's and it's been the best 8 weeks of my life. There is not a day goes by that I don't tell someone about Tony Horton and the P90X program. People I work with, people I know from websites, my family and friends.


There is a Smile on my face now for the first time in years. I feel as if my life is finally falling in place. And I LOVE IT!!! I owe my smile to the dedication that Tony Horton and Chalene Johnson have to their fitness. I want to stay as dedicated as they are. Being fit is Being happy!!
