Hi! We are Christel & John. We both work full time in healthcare & have a passion for fitness. From running,tennis, golf, aerobics, softball, weight training, yoga, pilates..... We have done it all. During medical and nursing school we both lost our motivation to stay fit. Determined to get back to health we completed a marathon in 2008. After suffering some injuries we discovered the Beachbody

We were both active as children involved in various sports and activities. While in nursing school and medical school we found that we had gotten lazy and gained some extra pounds. We both enjoy running and began training for a marathon which we completed in 2008! After we both suffered leg injuries, we decided to focus on our various Beachbody programs.
