In 2007, I lost 15 lbs by committing to regular exercise and tracking my nutritional intake. I discovered I could push myself much harder in terms of fitness than I ever thought capable. I also learned that I didn't have to kill myself with tough workouts constantly. Making the time for fitness, listening to my body, and taking charge of my diet paid off for me. I've maintained this weight loss for 2 years.
