I left my hometown of Anchorage Alaska back in 1985 and moved to Santa Clara, CA to pursue a career in the field of computers. The first 15 years of my career I managed to set aside time each day to stay fit. However these past 9 years I’ve slowly but surely allowed myself to fall into that too common routine of losing focus of my own health, and using work or being to ‘busy’ as an excuse for why I’ve gained in excess of 50 pounds and am no longer in good shape. Well NO MORE I say! It’s time to take back my life and re-arrange it to find balance once again.
2009 I’ve made the decision to truly commit to getting back to living a healthy lifestyle once again and to help inspire and encourage others to achieve their own fitness goals too!
