After 2 weeks of hard workouts and good nutrition, I've gotten as low as More...

39 1/2" waist (thickest part, around the belly button)
42" chest
14 1/2" biceps

After 2 weeks of hard workouts and good nutrition, I've gotten as low as 197 (after a workout, water I know). Was 200 even this morning, so 3 lbs in 2 weeks? Not very impressive IMO.
I haven't re-measured yet, i'll do that after the 4th week.
