Hi, my name is Valerie Waugaman. Some of you may know me as 'SIREN' from 'American Gladiators'on NBC. Siren is my alter ego, but Green Goddess is my inner superhero. It's important that our kid's start on a path to good health by establishing habits that will empower them at a young age as well as set them up for a healthy, fulfilling future.

I've been an athlete my entire life and spent the last 3 years as an IFBB Professional Figure Athlete competing on stage with some of the most talented women physique athletes in the world.


While I was competing, I used P90X as one of the foundations of my training to attain my lean physique. Ab Ripper X is my favorite...... as Tony says, "I hate it... but I love it!"


Once I retired from the professional figure tour to focus on 'American Gladiators', I found myself struggling to find the time to get to the gym. P90X was the perfect solution for me.
