I stayed in hospital for couple days Then i was sent home Thank God it wasn't as bad as i felt it. The party started workout everyday Watch what you eat. With my wife Kristina's Help and support. I have a 3 year old daughter (Sarah) and we both work it is hard to find time when to do my workout. My wife help a lot it make it easy for me Bring It every day Thanks to my Wife and Daughter for there support.
