I am married to my best friend and together we have six children. We home school and have from the 'beginning.' Our children are: Trevor, John, Elijah, Grace, Hannah, and Ben. I enjoy planting veggies and flowers in the spring, the pool in the summer, field trips in the fall, and the fireplace in the winter.

In January 2008 I was very diligent in keeping up with P90 and eating clean... I lost 15 pounds AND 15 inches! Wahoo! During my second 30 days I became sick with the flu and had three different strains of it! I was so sick. When I wasn't sick, my kids were...I was really thrown off track. I've recently struggled with a hormone imbalance, "sluggish" thyroid, and adrenal exhaustion. I've gained weight and have had no motivation to take care of me. Over the years I have had start dates and re-start dates. Ugh. No more! I'm tired of not succeeding. I am currently training for my first 5k race/walk and I am very excited and motivated.

Today is March 28 and I am losing weight every week! I am learning to love ME. That is a big deal and I am worth it! Exercise combined with eating clean is so important. Join me. You are worth it too!
