My name is Kate Deering. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 13 years. My fitness career started after college when I went to work for a local ATLANTA health club chain. I was in charge of getting people started in a healthier way of life by getting them enrolled in the club. Unfortuantly, the sale was more about 'getting the deal' than helping the individual. After a year My name is Kate Deering. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 13 years. My fitness career started after college when I went to work for a local ATLANTA health club chain. I was in charge of getting people started in a healthier way of life by getting them enrolled in the club. Unfortuantly, the sale was more about 'getting the deal' than helping the individual. After a year of 60 hour work weeks and tons of stress and pressure I left the chain and went to work for a small start up gym. I stayed at the gym almost nine years. Every month I signed up 100's of people, every month I saw less than 50% come in regularly. I decided at this point that it wasnt just getting people started that produced fitness results it was the constant follow through, accountabilty, availabilty and excessabilty that produces results. This is when I became a full time Personal Trainer. I have list of credencials including ACE PT certification, Certified Clinical Nutritionalist, Exercise Physiology and Psychology degrees and numerous other certifications. My pursuit of true health and fitness soon brought me to sunny San Diego were I reside currently. I now own and operate an in-home, out of the box personal training business. I train in homes, business, on the beach, in the park, anywhere that is convient for you the client. I love the health and fitness industry, it has been my home for well over a decade. With MDB I hope to help even more people with there fitness by giving them more direction, motivation, and easy access to great programs, supplements, and equipment.

I am a full time personal trainer. I am always looking for new ways to train myself and my clients. I like to keep it fun, energetic, challenging and motivating. One day I found myself glued to the TV watching this crazy guy talk about the P90x system. I loved what Tony said and I loved what Tony did...Tony was teaching everything I already believed in and used in my own training sessions. He was the first trainer on tape that was teaching a program that I believed would really work. I loved the system because it was challenging, energetic and fast paced but could still work for the less conditioned individual. For myself, I am always looking for ways to keep my workouts fresh and fun...the DVDS were a great learning tool. Thus, I soon found myself buying the product. My testimony is easy I use the program for myself and my clients..they have never worked so hard! The system works and currently I am challenging myself to go farther and be fitter than ever before. Just wait to the new year and see how well it works!
