Thanks for visiting my Profile Page! I’m glad you’re here to learn about getting healthy and improving how you look and feel. I remember when I first checked out Team Beach Body and thought about how it would feel to make a change in my life. I was so ready that I looked forward to each daily workout with anticipation. It was the best thing for my body and self confidence. I hope that we could help you too. I started with nothing more than an incredible desire to change how I was living and feeling. I completed this change one day at a time. I can also show you how take the steps necessary to getting more healthy, lose weight, and embracing each day with vigor. This program is not about magic pills or those fad diets that leave you feeling miserable. It’s about changing the way you feel through a series of fun workouts and eating habits. Don’t wait! My original weight was 232 pounds during a Doctor’s visit. I was shocked! I lost a few pounds getting more active but just could not find the right remedy to get back to a healthy weight. My BMI was 29.8. If 30 is considered obese I was certainly at that point! I purchase the Power 90 workout system a couple years ago but never really got a routine going. Then after watching the P90X Infomercial I purchased the DVD set and got to work the day it arrived!
Here is my transformation story!
I started with some Power 90 workouts a few weeks ago with some mountain biking and started at 220 pounds. Since the P90X workouts I have never felt better! My clothes already feel loose! Lost a belt notch last week! I can now fit every pair of pants put away because I couldn't get them around my waist. They were sizes 36 and 38's. They now just about fall off! My knees do not hurt a bit!!! Even the plyometric workouts are pain free and fun! I have met many new friends through WOWY and they are very supportive. My friends have noticed the difference as well. This is a fun and easy way to stay in shape. (For me, getting back to a better level of fitness). The Nutrition guidelines are just perfect. I am not hungry all the time and can easily control my cravings for all that junk food I ate before.
50 Day Transformation
Down three belt notches after 50 days! My clothes are much more loose and I just feel great all day long!! I now have others joining in on the fun now. I signed up to become a coach and it is fun helping others reach their goals and improving the health and fitness of their lives. Feb. 4th-Made it to 200 today! This system works!!! I have not been this weight in more than 14 years!
Day 60-Weighed in at 198 this past week. A new milestone! Feel great! I am currently in Phase 3 of P90X.
Day 90-Weighed in at 196 and now at Day 99 I am nearly 194!
After 90 days I am so excited I am Starting P90X again for a second time. I plan on really hammering this Phase!
100 Days! Beach Body Workouts are now a part of my everyday life. The nutritional guidelines have helped me feel better and lose those extra inches and pounds along with the P90X workouts. My wife and I went into a store last weekend to do some shopping. I went and tried on a pair of size 36 shorts thinking they would fit. Wrong! I needed to pick out a size 34 and they were even just a bit loose! I couldn't get into a size 38 just three months ago!

Now it is the end of April and I am only 1 pound from my goal with a month to go! 190 should be here any day!

188 June 17th! Ran an 800 in 3:13 after a Plyo Workout!
I couldn't break 5:00 minutes last fall! I havn't even been doing running workouts!
June 27th 2008-I have now lost 45 pounds! 187 is my new weight! I am still going for 180.
July 4th-Ran a 5K road race in 20:55 and won my age group! I have only had 4 running type workouts. P90X is the main reason I was able to run. Doctors told me 10 years ago I would never run again after having 10 knee surgeries!
July 9th 2008-I have now lost 49 pounds! 183 is my new mark. Goal is still 180!
Goal Reached! 179 on August27th 2008!
And it feels great! 53 Total Pounds Lost!!!
September 20, 2008
Okay, another 2 pounds lost! I now weigh 177 and feel great! 55 Total Pounds lost! Also, ran a 5k today and ran a 20:11 running just once per week. The Team Beach Body workouts have brought me to a new fitness level! Also, my exercise induced asthma is gone! I used to have a very persistent cough and it would nearly make me collapse! It is totally gone!
I have run two more 5K races finishing 4th overall in one breaking 20 minutes and winning the next one. I have now even purchased a pair of running shoes as a reward. My weight has stabilized at around 177-178. Well, my 5K time dropped again! Ran an 18:47 and won the race. Felt great! I am looking forward to the 50 and over divisions this next summer! I have more energy than ever and feel like I did in my twenties!

It's summer and I turned 50 in May. The running is going great! Feel better than ever! Just won a gold medal at the Cornhusker State Games in the 5K road race. Ran an 18:54 for first in my division and 9th out of almost 250 runners! Does P90X work? It speaks for itself. Get on board today! One week later and I finished 5th in the Lincoln Thunder Run 5K in 18:42! More than 300 runners! Then I get a call from Team Beach Body and found out I was a Million Dollar Body Contest winner for August! Yippeee! I just won a $1,000!!! You can too! Just keep pressing play and follow the nutrition plans. It's easy and it's fun! It pays to lose!

Here it is October 17, 2009. 677 days into my transformation. I set a goal of breaking 18 in the 5k at age 50 and today I got it! 17:59!
