I am Linda Basta from Grand Island NY. (between Buffalo and Niafara Falls. We are also near Toronto Canada). I am the wife and mother of two grown beautiful daughters. I am Certified as a Natural Health Professional, a Foot Reflexolgist and a Nutritional Consultant.

However, nothing has stopped my passion for learning about natural health care and helping people.
I now have my own health website and publish my own on-line newsletter called Better Health News. I also have one that is training for working on the Internet. Presently, I am working on writing my own E-book or series of E-books which I hope to have done this year.
My other interests include learning more on how to operate and market on this thing called the computer in a more efficient and creative way.
I love Christian and some Country music, reading for self development and health.
Family and extended family is so important to me, but most of all

And then, the fact that we have the videos and work out equipment to go along with it , is great!
