I live in southern California and love the outdoors. I also work in the computer industry, which is very conducive to wreaking havoc on one’s body (too much sitting).
I have enjoyed a fit and healthy lifestyle for much of my life but needed to re-energize my workouts. I love spending time with family, hiking, trail running, walking at the beach, and caring for dogs at the no-kill animal shelter.

When I heard about P90X, I knew it was the fitness program for me. I was already fit and healthy, focusing mostly on outdoor activities like hiking and some at-home pilates and yoga. I stopped going to the gym a couple of years ago because it was crowded all the time and stinky.
It was no surprise then that my upper body lost strength and tone. I felt weak, my back hurt, my posture suffered, and I really wanted some nice looking, toned arms before Spring!
I completed the P90X Lean program in March 2009 and feel great! My arms are toned, my tummy is tight, and I am energized! I love it!
I am still doing P90X, just started over again!

I did not know the Beachbody Coach More... 06/17/09 I am a big fan of protein bars. They are convenient, don’t need to be cooked, and can go anywhere with you (except maybe a hot yoga class).
