I am a 30 year old mother of 2 beautiful girls. Over the past 3 years I have worked on losing weight and improving my fitness level. With 2 kids and being a single parent, life gets pretty busy. With Beachbody I have been able to keep the motivation to workout even when I'm tired. My goal with P90X is to lose an additional 10 lbs and tone up.
