Starting Over...AGAIN!!

Holy Cow...I've put on weight since having RJ, which means I'm going in the WRONG direction!! So here are my new goals...

WORKOUT--Sept 20-Nov 20 (RJ's birthday)

1. 60-day P90 challenge (I joined Stephanie's FJ Challenge!!)

2. Walk with RJ or Turbo Jam 5 days a week

EATING--Sept 20-27

3. No eating after 8:00

4. Drink 64 ounces of water a day
