Well here it is, the middle of September and I still haven't gotten on a serious workout program. I've done a little bit of everything but nothing serious.
Today I'm making my plans to start my workout regimine.
O.K., so I really liked my last two programs; ChaLean Extreme and P90X, both did wonders for my body and I am really interested in trying Insanity. However, I think I need to get into a little better shape before I try Insanity.
If any of you have seen Insanity you know it looks to be quite well... Insane! I don't know how long I could make it with out pulling something and I don't want to get started only to spend two weeks recovering my old behind.
So, I think I'm going to plan to do the P90X workout. I liked it best, overall. I don't think I completed 1 week of doing each excercise every day, like I was supposed to. I still had great results from it, so I'm going with P90X again and this time I'll stick to it exactly and see what it gets me.
