5K X-Country Race in Cuba

Had a X-C race for the kids at Cuba.
Can you imagine running distance at 7000 feet. If you don't have that oxygen base its hard enough to get through it, none the less, trying to run fast.
Two weeks ago I had a flu so I thought the only way I'll push myself is at races. I decided the last minute to run the race. This was my fist hard running workout in weeks. It was time to step it up. Duke City 5K is around the corner and I want to run a decent time. Doing to much running my legs start hurting so I need to limit the distance and the speed. Thanks to TeamBeachbody I can stay competitive in my age group and stay fit with the muscle confusion program.
I survived with a slow time of 27 minutes. You wouldn't believe those hills. Very challenging and very rewarding to know that I did this and so did the kids.
Cogratulations to all!!
