Battling negative thoughts.

Hello everyone In TBB land,
I am in week 3 of Phase 3. It seems lately that I am constantly battling my mind. The reason is that I have not gotten results like others have and that bums me out. I have tried my best to follow the nutrition set forth, but the change is very very slow. I am two to three weeks behind on my 60 day pics, I figure that whats the rush, my stats are the same as they were 3 weeks ago. I'm just bllowing off steam here is all.
I will continue to push play, take my pics and take my measurements too. I am revisiting my nutrition/calorie intake too. Maybe I'll add biking in the morning. I have doubled up on some days adding Cardio X.
Any big guys out there that took a while to transform, let me know who you are, so i can read your success story.
