It's a new week!

We are having a gorgeous day here in Nebraska. It feels more like late September than it does August, which is all right by me!

On Sunday afternoon, I typically rest some and then I take about 20 minutes to plan out my workouts and meals, or at least a rough draft of my upcoming meals so that I am not so apt to resort to eating out because I'm not prepared. It just takes a lot of stress out of the week for me if I have a plan.  

If you have been on the message boards my most recent thread has been my Chalean Extreme thread. On it I have recipes as well as some rough meal plans that I've followed those weeks. 

The last several weeks, we've had vacation and moved my mother in law up here and my son broke his ankle and I let all of those events be my excuse for not planning. So, after this post, I will draw out a week's worth of meals. Do my grocery shopping tomorrow and get focused again. I encourage you to do the same.
