Weight this a.m. after workout 191.6. Hard to believe a year ago I was quickly approaching 250. Anyway...
I took Friday as a rest day and my diet was pretty good up until supper when we splurged on some pizza and I had a beer. We were celebrating some good news and that is what we did. Today I rumbled through my head what workout to do and finally settled on a 3.5 mile run with fartleks. It was a good calorie burn (over 500) in 32 minutes. I overslept, so I didn't get to go watch the Lytle Park tri today. In that tomorrow is Sunday, I don't know if I will bike or what I will do. I have my 20 year high school reunion tonight which should be fun. In a few minutes I am going to see if I can find some "tri shorts" as my bike ride from Th. has left me a tad sore.
