I am a 40 year old father of 4 boys ages 19, 13, 11 and 5 and I've been married to my beautiful bride for 14 years. Like most of us, I let life get in the way of my fitness. I work a high stress job with irregular hours which makes it hard for me to stay on a structured diet or fitness

In August of 2008 I turned 40 and weighed 260 pounds. I started to question how much longer I could continue if I didn't change my life.

I committed myself, with the help of my kids, to get into shape and to start eating better. My kids and I started working out 3 times a week and we began cooking healthy meals together as a family. By December I had lost 30 pounds but I still didn't look healthy and I still didn't feel good, something was missing. In January I saw a commercial for Tony Horton's P90X and decided to give it a try.

I started my program on 2/23/09 and I was amazed at how out of shape I still was. Although I was on the right track, Beachbody filled in the missing pieces that I needed to truly make a change in my fitness. I have made more positive changes to my life and my body in just 90 days, then I ever had at any point in my life. I lost 16 pounds, 12 inches and 7% body fat.

My wife, who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1998, is now on a modified version of P90X as well as drinking Shakeology. In just 60 days she has gained strength, clarity of mind and a renewed energy. She has also lost 10 pounds, 8 inches and 4 pant sizes working out from a wheelchair!! My kids are also exercising several times a week and they now ask for healthy snacks and meals. This is truly life changing!
