I found that God had given me the ability to perform well in everything I did. I found that I loved to play baseball, football, and soccer. I also attended a boys and girls club where I began wrestling and boxing. I pretty much stayed active playing these sports up until high school where I mostly focused on playing baseball and football. It was during this time, I discovered the love for going to the gym to lift weights. After high school, I regularly worked out at the gym and continued to keep myself in shape. I didn't want to fall into that category of becoming the out of shape, fat guy that lost the physic I had when I was young.
Now, I am 40 years old and happily married to my wife of 12 years. We have twin babies and we enjoy spending most of our free time together as a family. As a family, we enjoy walking, hiking, bike riding, snowboarding, and camping. I also play golf and Scuba Dive with my wife and friends. My wife and I strive to be good examples to our two beautiful twins in everything we do. They have become the most important part of our life and we look forward to raising them in the ways of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I work as a police officer and I have worked various assignments throughout my career. I continued to stay fit by going to the gym 4 to 5 days a week and then I took on the assignment of working as an undercover Narcotics Agent. It was during this time that I began to gain weight due to the long work hours. I found myself eating lots of fast food and while working surveillance sitting in a car, I sat and ate what ever I could get my hands on for those long hours. This assignment not only allowed me to grow my hair and facial hair, it also allowed me to grow my gut as well. I went from a lean 170lb body to 195lbs. I looked in the mirror everyday as I watched my body get bigger and bigger. Eventhough I was told I would gain weight on this assignment, I did not believe it would happen to me. During a physical that needed to be done every year for this assignment, the doctor told me that my cholesterol was very high and that I was over weight. When my wife found out about my results, she became worried, because she being a Physician Assistant, told me I was a candidate for having a heart attack. That was a real wake up call for me, because we were about to have twin babies and I though about them not having a father due to my unhealthy life style. Soon after I left the Narcotics assignment and I had to order new uniform because of the weight I gained. I converted one of our rooms at home and began acquiring gym equipment. I started lifting weights again and made better choices about what I ate. I slowly started losing weight and I hit a plateau. I dropped weight from 195lbs to 180lbs. I looked better, but I still had a small gut.
I continued to work out faithfully 4 to 5 times a week and one day my wife talked to me about the P90X program. She wanted to get in better shape herself, saw the infomercial and asked me to look at the infomercial to see what I thought. I saw Tony Horton's P90X program and thought this couldn't be real. I bought my wife the P90X program for her birthday and I agreed to do this workout routine with her. I didn't expect to see a difference, but to my surprise, my body began to transform. The P90X program is kicking my butt, but I feel much better, I look better and have increased my stamina. I now see the sixpack abs I once had many years ago along with the lean muscle mass my body has developed. People at work have seen my transformation and ask me all the time what exercises I'm doing. I tell them it's all about the P90X. I am currently a K9 handler and I have challenged my unit to start the P90X program with me. I am only at the 60 day marker and I expect to see better results by day 90. Due to my amazing success with this program, I decided to became a Beachbody coach. P90X has made a believer out of me and I'm excited to teach people on how they can be transformed and live a better healthier life as well.
