I was always a "wannabe" athlete, but I never pushed myself hard enough to mount the winner's podium too often as a younger man. So, being a proud husband and Daddy of two, I decided that I had to take my health and fitness much more seriously.
In the beginning of this program, I had to contend with weak knees and ankles, weak arms and chest, and a whole slew of health concerns because of my lax attitude toward my health, but since beginning my regimen of P90X Classic routine, I have lost 8% body fat, have toned up the muscles around my knees and ankles, giving me a fuller range of motion (and no pain either), and have gained the courage to enter my first triathlon (I incorporate the Tri-training into my regular P90X routine--lotta work, but lotta results!!!)
Those days of "Maybe I'll start tomorrow" are long gone and now I am a "Let's BRING IT!!!" kind of guy. I LOVE P90X so much that not only am I going to meet and destroy the Spartan 300 club challenge, but I am challenging anyone to join me! As an added kick, I am looking for other brave and determined souls to join me in my newest club I am calling the "P90X-Men".
Not original??? Who cares? "Let's BRING IT!!!" Hope to see you there!
