It's a couple of days before New Years... lazing around, watching the news about all the “loosing weight” resolutions and the gym memberships and costs. I laughed! - knowing you don't need all that if you really want to get into shape (because I owned a copy of P90, that lived on the top shelf of my closet for a year !! ) - that was it!

My wife and I decided Jan 1st - let's dust off the program and start it! - I stepped on the scales at 227 lbs! and my wife wanted to tone up too. 90 days later - I was at 198 lbs !! - and my wife is toned and healthier than ever!

We both then started P90X - and if your up for a challenge... this is the program for you. We are now starting our third month in P90x - and I'm now down to 182 pounds!
