I started out at 190 to 195 lbs, and a waist of 38. My goal is to get down to 170 to 175 lbs and a waist of 34. My personal goal is to see my abs, right now they are under a layer of fat. I know I can get my mid section in shape using the P90X nutrition guide plan. One of my biggest hurdles is not eating 3 hrs prior to going to bed, by the time I get home from work and get things done around the house and have time to work out its usually late. I’m presently struggling with this. As of today I’m 180 lbs and a 35 inch waist.
