I was well rounded before I started with Beachbody. I felt miserable with myself and my clothes didn't fit me right. Then I started working out and I have lost 5 inches off of my waist in only 60 days and I have so much fun doing it. I am still in progress and will continue to workout everyday!!! I’ve regained my self-esteem and have a much better attitude about myself.
I am now using the P90X, I have finished my ChaLEAN Extreme! I am super excited about the P90X!!!
