My transformation story is currently a work in progress. I am a recovered couch potato. I was diagnosed with diabetes and have had trouble keeping my blood sugar levels under control. My medicines sometimes make me feel sick. I recently had my blood sugar levels go dangerously high. My son Jarred came home for Easter break from college and told me he was going to get me in shape over the summer. He thought we should try P90X. So when Jarred went back to college after Easter I decided to look up P90X and purchase it before he came home in May. I looked online and found that Beachbody sold P90X through coaches. I did a search for P90X and Burleson - the town we live in - and up pops several pages about Charline Bucher a 2007 Coach of the month and $10,000 winner. I got in touch with Charline and found out that I could save money by being a coach and that that would also give me a peer group to be accountable to. The best way to learn about something is to teach someone else. I'll keep this updated as I progress.
