Hi, my name is Chris. I am a 38yr old father of 2 and husband to my incredible wife who is very health conscious. In recent years I felt sluggish, lazy and lacked any energy or motivation. I also have suffered cronic bercitis in my shoulders and sciatica along my hips/butt. I have always been rather skinny but as my metabolism slowed I have only managed to fill out inproportionately in my midsection. My eating habits have been horrible- "eat whatever". After months of disregarding my wife's concerns, I finally agreed I would make some changes, but what? I dont buy into inframercialls and as skeptical as I am I didn't want to make a big investment into anything until I felt confident that it will work for me. A friend at work introduced me to P90X. It seems P90X has become quite popular at work and I would like to thank Gerry, my coach for helping me to get started and motvating me. This may be a bit extreme for an out of shape guy like me, but I am determined not to quit.
