Being fit hasn’t come “naturally” to me. Most of my family has struggled with their weight and with improper nutrition. This has resulted in many health issues and subsequent surgeries. While being pregnant with my first child I gained a significant amount of weight and while I am getting ready to start trying for #2 I want to maintain a healthy weight before and during pregnancy.

While I’ve tried to stay fit and eat healthy it has always been a challenge to stay motivated. I’ve always done my best when I had a workout buddy. Being a mom of a toddler pretty much dictates my schedule now so keeping a workout date with a partner isn’t easy. It works best for me to get it in when possible (like while baby is sleeping)! But still I need the support and accountability of a “buddy” and that’s what makes Million Dollar Body Club so great! I don’t have to make a date and cancel – they are always there when I need them and will still be there after I take care of what ever mini disaster my little one has created!
