I have been active my entire life, dancing (anything from ballet to hip hop) 8-12 hours a week or more up until I became pregnant, and then I went down hill. I have been trying to stay healthy and fit during this pregnancy b/c with first daughter I gained 90 lbs (horrible I know) and that is why I started working out and getting in shape again, and now I love it and I am addicted.
